Dr. Annie Wills is licensed psychologist, Reiki Master, Registered Yoga Teacher and a certified Relax and Renew® Trainer, trained by Judith Hanson Lasater.
Annie believes that our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health are all connected. In order to help people heal within a more holistic paradigm, she became certified to teach yoga. Annie combines yoga asanas (poses), meditation, and pranayama (breathing techniques) with traditional talk therapy and Enneagram personality insights to promote quantum health.
Her classes are called Radical Self Care With Yoga, and are designed to provide relaxation and self-care on each level of health – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and she offers private yoga lessons that are tailored to the individual’s specific needs.
