8-Week Gentle Yoga Series, Beginner Friendly
This course will be a balance of strengthening, stretching, restoration, meditation, and relaxation. This 90-minute beginner-friendly class allows time to open the joints, loosen fascia, stretch tight muscles, and support balance in the physical body.
We’ll also address the energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the self through:
- Breathing techniques for health and energy balance
- Beginner-friendly meditation practices like antar mouna, trataka, ajapa japa, and yoga nidra
- Teachings from select yoga-related literature
- Time for integration through relaxation.
Class size is limited, and students will get plenty of individualized attention.
$99 for the whole series or pay-as-you-go for $15 a class – drop-ins are welcome. Please invite your friends!
David Morgan earned a 200-hour yoga teacher certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2007. Registered with the Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) and Continuing Education Provider, he has facilitated more than 1,000 yoga classes, workshops, and teacher trainings from Paris to Puerto Vallarta. David is a certified traditional Thai yoga practitioner and Reiki practitioner. David has recently completed the requirements for and is awaiting licensure as a massage therapist.
