What to Expect In our first session we will get to know each other, you will have time to share your interest in Private Yoga Lessons/Heart Mind Mentorship and I will offer a description of what to expect during future sessions. I believe in working in a partnership with you. You have all your answers inside of you, and I see my job as being a guide and a witness to your process of transformation towards your highest potential.Assessment PeriodOur first 4 sessions are reserved for gathering history, diagnostic assessment, goal formulation and the collaborative development of a personal plan.
