Rebekah Knause, L.Ac., LMT, RYT
Rebekah is the co-owner of Balanced You. Rebekah was born and raised in West TN and has been in Knoxville since 2001.
She is a licensed Acupuncturist with the state of TN and holds diplomate status with the NCCAOM. Rebekah graduated from the Jung Tao School of Chinese Medicine in Sugar Grove, NC in July of 2018. Rebekah has been a practicing massage therapist for the past 16 years as well as during her years studying at Jung Tao.
Tess Bradley, L.Ac.
Tess is a licensed acupuncturist in Tennessee and a Nationally Board Certified Acupuncturist holding a Diplomat status with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
Her journey towards studying the healing arts started after earning her B.S. from the University of Tennessee in Hotel and Tourism Management and Business in 2010. This degree led her to manage hostels and non-profit organizations in the US and Latin America. While managing an environmental non-profit in Nicaragua in 2013, she contracted dengue fever which forever altered her life path. Tess began receiving acupuncture, which became the only thing that helped her pain and energy level.

Patricia Dougherty, RYT, CRT
Patricia is the impetus behind Breezeway Yoga Studio and is also a partner in Balanced You Studios. She returned to Knoxville after studying yoga and yogic philosophy for over 10 years in Southern California. While in Southern California, Patty became Certified as a Hatha Yoga Teacher at Cloud Nine Yoga in West Los Angeles, CA and Certified as a Restorative Yoga Teacher at Yoga Works in Laguna Beach, CA.

David Morgan, E-RYT 200, LMT
David received his first massage at age 19 from the local barber while living in a Buddhist monastery in Bodh Gaya, India. Massage and yoga provided much-needed relief from hours seated in meditation.In 2007, David completed yoga teacher training at the 200-hour level at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, MA. Since then, he has taught more than a thousand hours of yoga classes and workshops.
David completed 164 hours of training to become a certified Thai yoga massage practitioner, and he’s also certified to practice Lomi Lomi Hawaiian therapeutic massage. David combines the long, flowing strokes of Lomi Lomi with the assisted stretching, compressions, and accupressure of Thai yoga massage to create an experience that leaves clients relaxed yet energized.

Megan Roach, LMT
Natalie graduated from the Center of Rehabilitative Education in March of 2006 and practiced with Hosenfeld Chiropractic since April of 2006. She is Certified NCTM and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and Tennessee Chiropractic Association (TCA). Her education focused on myofacial deep tissue work and sports massage. She enjoys working with people through all walks of life, and her main passion is educating her clients in helping their own bodies between each massage.
