Dr. David Corbitt, D.C.

Dr. David Corbitt, D.C., is a native Knoxvillian who grew up in South Knoxville. After graduating South-Doyle High School he completed his undergrad in 1997 at Ambassador University in Big Sandy, Texas. In 2001 he then went on to graduate from Chiropractic School from Life University in Marietta, Georgia.

Dr. Corbitt is a highly respected Chiropractor serving Knoxville and the surrounding areas since 2001. Specializing in Full Spine, Thompson Technique and Activator, Dr. Corbitt is dedicated to helping treat people with a variety of ailments. Not limited to, but including those who are suffering from headaches, back pain, sports injuries, auto accidents, spinal conditions and above all people who want to improve their health and wellness.

Dr. Corbitt has been serving the South Knoxville and Downtown community at the YMCA, however is thrilled to be a part of the Balanced You family for an overall wellness concept. He has always used a “whole person approach” when treating his patients and is excited to continue this concept. 

Not only is Dr. Corbitt a well respected Chiropractor, he is also a professor of Anatomy and Physiology at Pellissippi College and head Volleyball Coach with Club Unite. During his down time he enjoys spending it with his wife (Sandra Corbitt) of 23 years and his three kids (Nick, Alayna and Hayden) camping, hiking and kayaking and just being outdoors!
